NOAM AUDIO LTD Corporation offers a 1 YEAR limitedĀ warrantyĀ on NOAMĀ® products. When purchased from an Authorized NOAMĀ® Dealer, NOAMĀ® warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from date of original purchase.
Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore, these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however, you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

What is Covered

ThisĀ warrantyĀ applies only to NOAMĀ® products sold to consumers by Authorized NOAMĀ® Dealers in the United States of America or its possessions. Product purchased by consumers from an Authorized NOAMĀ® Dealer in another country are covered only by that country's Distributor and not by NOAM AUDIO LTD Corporation.

Who is Covered

ThisĀ warrantyĀ covers only the original purchaser of NOAMĀ® product purchased from an Authorized NOAMĀ® Dealer in the United States. In order to receive service, the purchaser must provide NOAMĀ® with a copy of the receipt stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase and productā€™s serial number, if applicable. Products found to be defective during theĀ warrantyĀ period will be repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at NOAMā€™s discretion.

What is Not Covered

  1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper operations, water or theft
  2. Speaker product that has been improperly-powered (under or over powered), causing thermal (burnt voice coil)Ā and/or mechanical failure (torn surrounds or spiders).
  3. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product
  4. Service performed by anyone other than NOAMĀ® or an Authorized NOAMĀ® Service Center
  5. Any product which has had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed
  6. Subsequent damage to other components
  7. Any product purchased outside the U.S.
  8. Any product not purchased from an Authorized NOAMĀ® Dealer

Warranty Clarifications

This additional information is part of your productā€™s warranty policy.

Please read this information carefully before using your new NOAM product.Ā 



Our engineering team designed the NUTV4/NUTV5 amplifierā€™s chassis to be Marine rated, but you should install it where itā€™s protected from water/mud at all times. The sealed structure is designed and constructed to protect the amplifier IN CASE it accidentally gets wet, but it is your responsibility to limit the ampā€™s exposure to water:

  • Install the amplifier in a dry area where water and mud canā€™t reach it
  • Do not clean the amplifier with high pressure or regular water hose. If needed, cover it while washing your vehicle.

We designed our amplifier to be very powerfulĀ  If it's gains are set too high (clockwise), it may cause irreversible damage to the speakers voice coils. Exactly for that reason we pre tuned each and every amplifier to optimally power the various NUTV5 series audio systems.

Under or overpowering your speakers might cause them thermal (burnt voice coil)Ā and/or mechanical failure (torn surrounds or spiders). And these damages are not covered by your warranty.
