The product is the product. My opinion is that it performs the way it is advertised to perform without any deficiencies. Overall I would rate it as an 8/10. There is always room for improvement but it meets or exceeds my expectations so I am very pleased. The customer service however is where this product really begins to pay off. Why? First of all when you call with any questions or concerns you get to speak to a human being instead of a robot. Second, the customer service tech knows the product, gives good and accurate advice. Third, the customer service tech is empowered by the company to fix issues that the customers may have. The LED driver wasn’t sent with the package of several items that I ordered at the same time. I called explained what was going on to one person and they said say no more I’m shipping one now sorry for any inconvenience. 10/10. In summary I would buy this product again without having to think twice. If you’re on the fence. I say do it! Congratulations Noam! Keep up the good work!
