California prop 65
Proposition 65
Information on Proposition 65 in the state of California
California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known as Proposition 65 (Prop 65), requires the State of California to maintain a list of chemicals believed by the State to cause cancer or reproductive harm at certain levels of exposure.
Currently the list contains around 900 substances. If a product contains any of these chemicals, a warning label may be required.
Therefore we are obligated to state that our products may expose you to chemicals including Lead and Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.p65Warnings.ca.gov
However, we here at NOAM put the safety of our customers first. Our products are designed to adhere all lows and regulations regarding products safety in the electronics industry.
